The nuts and bolts.

The small practical things that make the day run smoothly: where to park, when the day starts and ends, what to send, and who to call. Read this once and the rest of the year takes care of itself.

Getting here
The school day
TIME
School day times, kindergarten
K1 runs 8:15 to 13:00, or to 14:30 with extended hours. K2 runs 8:00 to 14:30.
TIME
School day times, primary
Y1 to Y3 run 8:00 to 15:00 every day. Y4 to Y6 run 8:00 to 15:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and 8:00 to 16:00 on Tuesday and Thursday.
Snacks and lunches
The school provides a balanced snack each day, and families provide lunch. Label lunches clearly with your child's name and class, especially if delivering to school. Delivery times: kindergarten to Y1 at 11:30, Y2 to Y6 at 11:45.
PE and swimming travel
Children in Y2 to Y6 are transported to PKFC for PE through the year. Swimming starts in Y2: children travel to the Racquet Club for 12 week blocks of lessons.
7:40
The gardens, before and after school
Open every day from 7:40 before school, and after school from 14:30 to 16:00 (Friday to 15:30). Children here before 7:40, and all children from 14:30, must be supervised by a parent or carer. K1 children playing from 7:40 to 8:15 must be supervised by a caregiver.
What your child needs
Footwear that lets them run
Fully enclosed shoes for outside play and PE. Keep a pair of slip-on shoes at school for moving to specialist classes, and if your child likes socks indoors, choose socks with grips for safety.
Medicine goes to the nurse, never the bag
Keep medical information and vaccinations updated with our nurse. Medicine must never travel to and from school in a child's bag: a parent or caregiver hands it to the nurse, clearly labelled from a doctor. Nurse Apple:
Good to know
Photos, and getting onto campus
As part of safeguarding, no photos or videos on campus unless it is a special event: the thinking lives on the photographs page. To enter campus, wear your lanyard visibly. Forgot it? You will be asked to leave your ID card and scan to sign in.
Reaching the school
For urgent matters, call the office. Everything else flows through your class teacher, coordinator, or administrator by email.
How paying works
Activities and trips are paid in person at the office: the how to pay page walks through it.

Information sessions
Meet your year group's coordinators and administrators and hear how the year runs. Sessions run 17 to 25 August.
