We photograph learning as it happens, and we publish only what your consent allows. If you ever want an image taken down, one email is all it takes.

Learning as it happens

Teachers photograph children at work: building, painting, presenting, playing. These images document how learning unfolds, and they come back to you and your child as part of the record of the year.

Celebrations, performances and trips are photographed so families can share in them, on the calendar, in letters home and on school displays.

How consent works

Your choices, from the enrolment pack

When you joined, the enrolment pack asked how your child's image may be used: inside school only, in letters home, or on public school channels. Those choices are what we follow.

You can change your mind

Consent is not fixed for the year. Tell the office your choice has changed and we update your child's record.

The 48 hour takedown promise

One email, and it comes down

If an image of your child is on a school-published surface and you want it removed, email dataprotection@elc.ac.th. We take it down within 48 hours, no questions asked.

What we can and cannot reach

We remove images from surfaces the school publishes: this site, letters home, school social channels and displays. Photographs other families take and share themselves are outside what the school can control.
