Your first weeks at ELC.

Everything a joining family needs, in the order you will need it. Read this once and the first month holds no surprises.

The gardens here are full of chatter and laughter, and the classrooms are busy with discovery. You are joining a community built on trust between staff, children and families, and the quickest way to feel that is at a La Comunità occasion.

Before day one

Label everything your child brings
Uniform, water bottle, hat, bag. Small children and identical belongings meet every day at three.
Keep this site on your phone
Open portal.elc.ac.th, choose "Add to home screen", and the week ahead is always one tap away. Your child's learning lives in the Parent App.
Know your first day
The year starts in waves: K2 to Y6 on Tuesday 18 August, K1 on Wednesday 19 August. Gate and time details come from your campus before the day.

A pocket card in English and Thai for a nanny, driver or grandparent who collects your child.

Meet the people and see the rooms before the year begins. Your campus confirms your time.

Hopes and Wishes meetings · from Monday 17 August
You sit down with your child's teachers and tell them what you want this year to hold, in your words. K2 to Y6 on the 17th, K1 on the 18th.

Information sessions · 17 to 25 August
Meet your year group's coordinators and administrators, year group by year group. Times are on the calendar.
SEP
Then the year opens up
A sport info evening on 20 August, sport sign-up from 7 September, and ASA blocks through the term. It is all on the Activities page when you are ready.
La Comunità
The workshops, social mornings and events that bring ELC families together. The quickest way to feel at home is to come to one.
